Hand phone PCB design Process:


Besides normal PCB design ,we can do hand-phone PCB design in which High Density Interconnection (HDI) techniques will be used. One of features of HDI is blind and buried vias, as shown in the following figure:

Moreover, hand-phone design is a complicated work compared with normal PCB design process. Since hand-phone is an unit which integrates RF and Base-band processing part together into a small piece of board, the corresponding PCB design process should have much more considerations on the placement of components. The basic idea of hand-phone design is to prevent some sensitive signals interrupted by other signals. We will show some design samples in the following sections.
